Sell-side terms and buyer introductions

Engagement terms, in plain English.

How we work with owners considering a sale and buyers or investors evaluating an opportunity.

For owners considering a sale

We can represent you through preparation, buyer introductions, negotiation, diligence, and closing. Our engagement is non-exclusive.

  • You decide whether to meet, accept, or decline any counterparty or offer.
  • Success fees apply only to parties Bull introduces.
  • We do not guarantee meetings, offers, or valuations.

For buyers and investors

Tell us what you want to acquire. Share your sector, size, geography, and other criteria. We can then consider introductions from our network.

  • You decide which opportunities to evaluate or pursue.
  • You control your diligence and decision process.
  • An introduction is an opportunity to evaluate, not a commitment by either side.

For owners: our fee approach

For owners who engage us on a sale, we work on a success-fee basis. We earn when you close. The engagement letter sets out the mandate-specific terms.

For owners: before you sign

If you choose a sell-side engagement, this page is only an overview. The signed engagement letter controls the scope, timing, fees, confidentiality, and other terms for your mandate. We will answer your questions before you sign.

Talk through your situation

A confidential conversation is the easiest way to understand what applies to your mandate.
